The Women’s group is meant to be a community of women that supports and accompanies each other in their faith journey throughout their college life.
For this purpose our main activity is our meeting on Wednesdays 12:05 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. at Meyerhoff 545 (Chemistry building). In this meeting we share our personal experiences, our difficulties, our talents, our joys and sorrows while we discuss a document that helps us to deepen our faith formation. For most of last year we discussed the “Joy of the Gospel” by Pope Francis, and we are currently discussing “Letter to Women” by St. John Paul II. Through our reading of this document, we are deepening into what the Lord calls us and created us to contribute to our society specifically as women.
Other activities that we have done and that we plan to continue and increase (suggestions are always welcome!) are retreats and pilgrimages.
